    Avoid! Doesn’t know enough about cars!

    Disgusting service. Purchased car that overheated on the way home & engine light came on. I live 120 miles away. Though trader offered to return for their mechanic to look at issues, we agreed I would take to a local garage to me. Car had a lot of problems. I had traded in my car, which they still had. So I suggested best solution would be to return the car and reverse the sale and I take my old car back. The trader said he would take the car back at a charge of £1500 to me as I’d had the car 5 weeks! had no choice as I needed a car. My advice is always buy local, so if you have any issues, it’s easier to resolve. Trading Standards have confirmed that with the 2015 Consumer Goods Act, the trader should give me back 100% of the price I paid. Therefore he illegally charged me and took advantage of my situation knowing I needed a car. I would not recommend this dealer, if you have any issues, you’re screwed!

We offered you support from the day one when you noticed temperature gauge was high but you decided to keep the vehicle and go to your own mechanic . You confirmed to us that your mechanic advised you everything was perfect about the vehicle it was a just a glitch. You kept the vehicle over month and again contacted us and requested to buy back the vehicle. We offered you best customer service and accepted your request and returned you part exchange vehicle and bought back our vehicle. As you used our vehicle for several hundreds miles and kept over a month hence mutually agreed a fair amount of deduction which you happily accepted and we took our vehicle back. Our vehicle was fully checked by our mechanic and it was absolutely perfect. We lost time, money and increased an owner and mileage on our vehicle to provide the best customer service but it is so unfair to receive such a unjustified review from you. KIND REGARDS

    NO CAR - V W Sharan ..!!

    NO CAR..!! V.W Sharan The Dealer made an appointment for us to arrive at 1.00 Told to park up and wait as car not here as being cleaned. 20 min later The Dealer dove past us and stopped and told us TO BE PATIENT. The car will be another 20 min to 40 min . Well after waiting 1 hr and 15 min we decided to go home. No sign of him or the car as we drove up the road. The Dealer made contact 1. 45 min later to say he had got the car..! The appointment could easily of been changed by Manzoor before leaving home, just a waist of time. We was also told to go to his home address and not the car site as advertised on Auto Trader..!!

Even in this COVID-19 PANDEMIC we are still trying to offer same level of services where nothing isn't working. We always try to get the vehicle clean, wash & sanitize before each test drive for the safety of all our customers. As you know all car wash are closed due to national lockdown and we are relying upon Auto car wash at petrol stations. Unfortunately our driver had 10 cars queue in the car wash and due to one way operation the driver could not even leave the queue too. We contacted you once the vehicle arrived but you left without informing us. We also offered you a home visit. This is the most difficult period of time for all businesses to operate. I paid for a car late Friday afternoon and they delivered it to me in Newcastle Upon Tyne by Saturday lunch time.     I purchased a vehicle with 19k on the clock on 16/04/20 from this trader. It was described in Auto Trader as great condition with service history. Unfortunately I was unable to check the car out on delivery and Trusted the dealer due to his feedback. I really wish I had now, as every panel was damaged and there was extremely bad body work on certain panels . The trader stated all the paperwork was in an envelope he dropped off, but there was nothing inside except a spare key and the front page of a HPI report. I immediately contacted the trader and asked for my money back, his attitude was that it was a little cheaper than it should, don’t worry about the condition, just enjoy it. The trader stated it had an electronic service record with Mercedes. I contacted Mercedes and they have never seen the car. There was no receipt given for my transaction and the trader refuses to speak to me. A body shop has quoted me £2500 to put the car back to how it should be. Avoid this trader !

    Dodgy MOT certificate/Bad advert

    I bought a 2008 Honda Civic a couple of weeks back with a fresh MOT applied and I've added about 200 miles to the car since purchase, however after taking the car to Honda for a quick health check 2 of the tyres are illegal, worn and bulging and a suspension arm has cracked, none of this was mentioned as advisories on the MOT. Now, that said the car is old, relatively cheap and none of this is a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know about these issues before purchase. That aside, the advert itself didn't mention any issues with the car, however, upon arrival, it turns out the rear sunroof was broken and the handbrake was cracked and held together with duck tape, again, neither of these are deal breakers but it would have been nice to know before travelling to see these.

    Very professional overall experience.

    Very professional. Was picked up from local train station - having travelled down to London by train & already paid a £300 holding deposit to secure the car to an unknown party. Manzoor however agreed over the phone to do various jobs to the Citroen before pickup as part of my 2'nd hand car deal - which were done as promised. Remembering you cannot buy a 'New 2nd hand car' - so there will always be stuff to do to make it how you want it. Overall good experience

    Ford S-Max

    Super happy with our family car! Recently went away on holiday and found we needed more boot space. With all we needed to take it was a tight squeeze in our old smaller car. But now we have a Ford S-Max we couldn't be happier! 11 months MOT, a few advisories, nothing major and our own machanic confirmed everything is good and just as we had been advised, very honest dealer which seems to be hard to find these days. When the time comes in the future we will most certainly look with these guys first. And will definitely be recommending to friends. Thank you!
